Prince George’s County Crime Solvers Hosts Annual Golf Tournament

Prince George’s County Crime Solvers is teeing off in its fight against crime. The program is gearing up to host its popular annual golf tournament on June 11, 2014, at the University of Maryland.

Prince George’s County Crime Solvers is a non-profit organization that relies on private donations and fundraising to complete its vital mission. Crime Solvers provides cash rewards to tipsters who provide critical information in crimes committed in our community.  In the past year, brave tipsters have helped close several cases, to include a homicide in Oxon Hill and the capture of a homicide suspect hiding in New York.  The information obtained through Crime Solvers is vital to the Prince George's County Police Department.  It provides an avenue for citizens to come forward with information, anomalously.

Crime Solvers is currently looking for sponsors for the golf tournament. Interested golfers are encouraged to sign up too.  Please email pgcrimesolversgolf@co.pg.md.us for more information.

For more information, please contact the Prince George’s County Police Department’s Media Relations Division at 301-772-4710.
